mAbGen L.L.C., is a Texas limited liability corporation. We have pioneered a new platform for high-throughput screening with an emphasis on drug discovery. The core of this platform is a new patent-pending device, the Ab-Sniffer™, which is capable of detecting functional drug candidates for the potential treatment of cancer and other diseases. This platform is unique as it looks directly for cytotoxic metabolic effects rather than binding, bypassing drug development stages where binding compounds are modified in an attempt to impart a therapeutic effect.
We have established partnerships with leading research institutions and pharmaceutical companies including the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and Valeant Pharmaceuticals. Currently the Company is seeking a strategic partner willing to advance further the Ab-Sniffer™ technology and commercialize its utility in cytotoxic screening for antibody or small molecule libraries.
