Jack McGehee, J.D.

Mr. McGehee is dedicated to overseeing the executive management for mAbGen, L.L.C. His background includes starting and building successful companies, establishing legal and operational structures, and raising significant capital. In addition Mr. McGehee has experience in business leadership and operations in a wide variety of industries. Mr. McGehee is one of the principle founders of BioNexus Ventures, LLC, where he has served as Executive Vice President and has overseen the mAbGen, L.L.C. development program. Mr. McGehee is the principle of McGehee and Pianelli. Prior to McGehee and Pianelli, Mr. McGehee served as chief and lead attorney with the Pentagon. Mr. McGehee is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West point with a degree in Engineering. He obtained his law degree at St. Mary's University.

Dennis M. Lee, Ph.D.
Houston, Texas

Dennis recently finished his doctoral work at Rice University in the laboratory of Dr. Janet Braam. There he developed and established proof-of-concept for a screen for mutants aberrant in the expression of the TCH4 gene in Arabidopsis thaliana using luminescent reporter genes and conducted a full-genome expression analysis for genes altered in expression after touch and darkness stimuli using microarray technology, identifying over 500 genes with touch-inducible expression and over 400 genes with darkness-inducible expression. While he was at Rice University he was a recipient of a NIH biotechnology training grant. He obtained his B.S. in biological chemistry from the University of Chicago.
